I hereby authorize Alegro International S.A. doing business as International
Commercial Loans to obtain a complete tri-merge credit history report and to verify
all other credit information, including past and present mortgages and or property
liens; it is understood that a photocopy / fax copy of this Borrowers Authorization
Form shall serve as an authorization to provide the information requested.

I further authorize Alegro International S.A. doing business as International Commercial Loans
to verify my past and present employment, earnings statements, tax returns, bank accounts,
stock holdings and any other asset balances needed to underwrite my loan request.
The information obtained is only to be used in the underwriting of my loan request,
